Our organization & partners Hood News Global Radio & TFCUSA have many projects that we work on to bring help and light to local communities issues and problems. Together we help and bring awareness to issues and raise the public enrollment into programs into the community. We know that the best way for us to change the situations is to not wait for other but to do it ourselves. We know that the community, the people on the ground in our cities and neighborhoods have the power to make our cities better. ETA teamed with local business and people with a passion for helping our next generation become leaders and to build and represent the future.
Our programs Range from back to school programs, giving out haircuts, backpacks, too community lunches, raising funds and donations for families and people in need from natural disasters. First hand community involvement on the ground and mentoring programs, College recruiting and scholarships. We give the people a voice and represent change in the community in a positive way.
All the pledges and proceeds we get goes to fund all our community projects, Such as league awards, scholarships, clothes and schools supplies for children in need.
Also a lot of people forgot about Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. The Puerto Rico community still fighting the damages from the hurricane & still not 50% back to where it suppose to be. We will be traveling to Puerto Rico personally ourselves giving a helping hand & giving the much needed supplies

Back to School Program - K - College, School supplies, book bags, computers, cell phones, tablets, shoes, clothes, & food
Breast Cancer Celebration Of Life Program - 31 day celebration for the month of October, we drop off flowers & Wigs to patients, and host annual celebrity events to celebrate the women & men fighting breast cancer. Our Mission is to give them encouragement and the strength to keep moving forward. and to provide a way to help those in need of post operation surgery to help fund them so they can gain a sense of normal life back.
Thanksgiving Turkey and Food Drive- 30 Day food and turkey giveaway to families in need, with a community thanksgiving dinner and celebration of friends & community leaders and partners.
Food Program - To ensure no person or children go hungry. we partner with our community partners to ensure we can deliver produce and non perishable food items to people in need.
Sports Camp Program - Athletes come get develop and learn the fundamentals and the right things to do to help them become better athletes, people, & students. The camp is taught by professional coaches.
Financial Planning Program - Develop a finical plan for 14 & up to start planing for the future. set up 41k, trust funds, saving accounts, stocks, bonds, investment banking, IRA accounts and credit building.
Affordable Housing Program - Purchasing land, buildings, old apartment complex, old shopping malls, foreclose houses or land. To build affordable housing for families in need. Making sure that families have a place to live and call home through our affordable Green housing program.
Olympic Development Program - Development Program for Olympics sports, athletes prepare to represent their countries or national organizations, through sports competition, brand representation, sports broadcasting, & social media platform. Through elite coaching, strength & conditioning, doctors and sports therapy.
Homestead Farming Program - Renovate, and develop local land to make farms and Homestead to serve the local communities delivering fresh food from farm to table.
Environmental Science Digital Media Program - Teaches to use wild life photography, Film & Video to document and research the effects on the environment from land to oceans. explore nature and cultural relationships between nature and humans.
Youth Mentoring program k-18 programs starts with 1 days a week then moves to 2-3 days a week for 12 months. Improve the well-being of the child by providing a role model that can support the child academically, socially and/or personally. through our program we look to partner them with local community leaders, athletes, lawyers.
Adult Mentoring program 19 & up programs starts with 1 days a week then moves to 2-3 days a week for 12 months. Help Develop a personal development plan, improve critical thinking and problem solving skills. Improve communication and personal skills. Develop leadership and management qualities. Increase confidence and motivation.
Fitness Program-k-Adults program starts with 1 days a week then moves to 3-4 days a week for 36 months. 3-4 Fitness coaching athletes development. Sports leagues. Fitness activities, Walks, road races, hiking trails and bike ridding.
Veterans To Work Program- We assist people to find work or find apprenticeship to get them work. In the field of home building, solar energy, road work, Digital media, radio, mechanics, and business development.
Community Ride sharing-Rebuild cars, and place them in the community to use as a means to an end of not knowing your neighbors. Our ride sharing programs is used to take people in the community to doctor visit, work, or go shopping. To drop kids to school or pick up from practices, need a ride to work call on your community ride sharing program.
Community Gardening-Our experienced growers build garden at the ground level or raised bed gardens full of vegetables and herbs as well as planting fruit trees and installing broader into local communities to use as a teaching tool for future generations on farming at home and as a community. Food that is grown is used for the community and outscored to local stores if needed.
Street to Hotel to Homes Program-Homeless families off the street and get them into temporary living situations including hotels, families in hotels we move to rental properties that they can afford in the proper budget once they go through our Mentor, financial, work, & health program.
Digital Social Studies & Mental Health Program - Develop social talk shows as an outlet for therapy. A teaching tool on social media and effects of cyber bullying. A outlet for veterans , and trouble youth to talk about issues they face on a daily, giving a space for those needed to express thoughts and feelings. learning to be emotional stable and aware of the emotional Issues they might need to face.
Renovate My Community Program-Rebuild community, by renovating old buildings, houses, plots of land, and business to fix them up to new standards. Old play grounds are upgraded, renovate elderly homes and land for those that are in need in the under develop areas.
Grow & Develop Business - 14 & up develop the next generation of business, Franchise owner, create LLC. grant writing, business plan development, Non profit creation, Technology start ups,
Land Conversation & Food Forest-Purchase lands to conserve to keep Mother Nature as beautiful and in its original state. Helping bring food to the community by building natural food forest to help feed the community we serve.
Green Landscaping & Environment Clean Up-6 grade to College program using all green equipment and environment friendly practices. Students learn and work on landscaping project and receive on the job training 600 hour course and 400 hours of community service hours, for scholarship.
Debt and credit repair-Clear up outstanding loans. Business, personal, student, mortgage, and taxes. To create financial freedom and fix credit score.
